Reach RHE is the City of Rolling Hills Estates' new online and mobile service request system, powered by CivicPlus’s SeeClickFix. It allows residents to report non-emergency issues, track requests, and connect directly with City departments to help keep our community safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Reach RHE can also receive issues reported through an app for your iOS or Android device.

The application works best when you are at the location of the problem you'd like to report, and includes an option to upload a photo to help staff quickly find the issue. The more details you provide, the more easily we can work to resolve the concern.
