The City Council meets in a hybrid format, allowing members of the public to attend in person or remotely. All other Commissions and Committees will continue to meet in-person only. Meetings are livestreamed and recorded on the City’s website at www.rhe.city and televised on PVP-TV Channel 35 (Cox) and Channel 39 (Verizon) following the meeting. Archived meeting videos are available online for later viewing.

Members of the public may participate in City Council meetings remotely using the Zoom meeting information listed below. Participants may join by computer, tablet, smartphone, or telephone.

Written public comments may be submitted to the City Clerk at cityclerk@rollinghillsestates.gov. Emails received before 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be forwarded to the City Council and made part of the administrative record, as appropriate.

Members of the public may also submit electronic comments (“eComments”) through the “Agendas, Minutes & Videos” page at www.rhe.city/MeetingAgendas. Once an agenda is published, an “eComment” link will appear next to the agenda under “Upcoming Events.” Comments submitted through SpeakUp are visible to the public, provided to the City Council, and included in the record.

Agenda reports and other disclosable public records related to Open Session agenda items are available on the City’s website under “Agendas, Minutes & Videos” for each meeting.
