In partnership with CivicPlus, a leader in public sector technology, the City is bringing you an easy-to-use platform that empowers residents to report quality-of-life concerns and request services anytime, anywhere.

With Reach RHE, you’ll be able to:

• Report issues like trail maintenance issues, potholes, graffiti, or broken streetlights right from your phone
• Track the progress of your requests in real time
• Receive updates directly from City departments

This new tool makes it easier than ever to stay informed and involved in your community.
